TOKYO, Japan – 11.14.2025 – Classmethod, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Satoshi Yokota) today announced it has become the first Japanese company selected to join the Partner Innovation Alliance (PIA) of the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC).

Through this collaboration, Classmethod will work directly with AWS’s team of AI strategists, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to accelerate generative AI (gen AI) adoption in Japan. Together, they will help Japanese enterprises move from experimentation to real-world implementation using AWS technologies such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and AWS Trainium.

“We are deeply honored to become the first Japanese company to join the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center Partner Innovation Alliance,” said Satoshi Yokota, President and Representative Director, Classmethod, Inc. “By collaborating with AWS’s world-class AI expert team, we can deliver cutting-edge generative AI capabilities to Japanese enterprises, helping them drive innovation and efficiency at scale.”

Driving Generative AI Innovation for Japanese Enterprises

Building on more than 100 generative AI projects and internal company-wide AI adoption (with 90% of employees using AI tools), Classmethod will leverage its Classmethod AI Experience Center to co-develop use cases, host workshops, and provide localized support for Japanese businesses.

The company’s support spans the entire AI journey—from regulatory compliance and strategy to production deployment—tailored for Japan’s business environment, culture, and language. All programs and materials are delivered in Japanese to ensure accessibility for local organizations.

Classmethod will focus on key application areas including:

  • Accelerating software development using Amazon Bedrock and Claude to speed up build cycles
