Classmethod Launches Entry Plan with Technical Support for “opswitch” on AWS Marketplace
Classmethod, Inc. is now offering an Entry Plan with technical support for its AWS operations automation service, opswitch, on AWS Marketplace. This new plan enables customers outside the Classmethod Members program to access support services for the first time.

Previously, customers who were not Classmethod Members were limited to using opswitch without technical support. With this update, customers can now select the plan that best aligns with their operational needs, regardless of membership status.
The Entry Plan is designed for non-member customers who require assistance with operations and configuration. Customers can deploy the service in just a few clicks through AWS Marketplace, with charges automatically consolidated into their existing AWS billing. This enables immediate use without complex contracting procedures.
Customers who do not need support can continue using the Free Plan at no cost. Classmethod Members will receive full access to all features under the Standard Plan as part of their membership benefits.
