Classmethod,Inc. announced today that it has launched a new division which will focus on Amazon Alexa and cloud technology.. Through overseas group company, the team has published some voice-driven capabilities (Alexa Skills) to the Amazon Alexa Skills store. Classmethod is engaged in the design development and operation and maintenance of voice interactive interface (VUI) according to the usage scene. In the future, the division will provide the know-how to domestic and overseas enterprises, to help them build Alexa Skills that enhance their relationships with customers and reduce worker shortage through automation.
Specific Industry Templates and Usage Scenes
We are preparing templates for communication design in various services where general consumers have opportunities to use, such as eating out, retail, medical, welfare, finance, media, game, travel, hotel, education, life, housing, automobile etc. By establishing the design and operation methodology of the voice interaction interface assuming representative use cases, such as inquiries, news display, purchase, reservation, inventory confirmation, status confirmation, questionnaire, order and so on, the team offers a universal user experience independent of end users IT literacy.
