TOKYO, JAPAN - Classmethod, Inc. led by CEO Satoshi Yokota, (Classmethod) has sealed an agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), becoming one of the first companies to help support AWS Outposts. Classmethod now offers AWS Outposts and oversees distribution throughout Japan.
AWS Outposts is a fully managed service that extends AWS infrastructure, AWS services, APIs, and tools to virtually any datacenter, co-location space, or on-premises facility for a consistent hybrid experience. AWS Outposts gives users the capacity to deploy services, tools, and applications developed on-premises without having to rewrite their applications. Users can achieve consistent and seamless operations while using the same services across their on-premises and cloud environments, making it an optimal solution to be actively used in industries such as financial services and game streaming, where low latency is needed.
Classmethod will offer architectures that utilize features of AWS Outposts, in addition to scalabilities and fault tolerance, which are core benefits associated with the cloud.
Alongside the launch of AWS Outposts, Classmethod has scheduled a seminar for users in Japan to learn about the features, use cases, and tips for implementation.
